Workroom CRM (en)
Internal CRM system for an IT company
00
About project
IT companies often use multiple disconnected tools: task trackers, calendars, messengers, and HR systems. This fragmentation leads to context switching, lack of transparency, and inefficient communication between teams. The goal of this project was to design a single internal CRM system that would unite project management, task tracking, corporate events, internal communication, and HR information in one workspace.
Product Goals
Create a unified workspace for employees and managers
Increase transparency of projects and task statuses
Simplify internal communication
Reduce dependency on multiple external tools

UX Approach
Modular architecture — each feature works independently while staying connected
Unified navigation for quick access to tasks, projects, and events
High transparency — users can always understand:
what they are working on,
project statuses,
what is currently happening in the company
Focus on everyday scenarios:
“What do I have today?”, “What tasks are in progress?”, “What’s the status of my project?”
Outcome
The result is a scalable CRM design that:
consolidates key workflows of an IT company into one product;
simplifies project and task management;
improves internal communication and employee engagement;
can grow together with the company and its teams.
